About Our Team

Hi, we're Julia and Maddie aka the Toro Sisters!

Our purpose is to simplify the process of renting, buying or selling for our clients. We take a client-centered approach that is tailored to each client's unique needs. Ultimately, our aim to make your real estate dreams come true and help you start a brand-new chapter in your life. The real estate journey is something most people only undertake once or twice in their lives, so it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. We focus on educating our clients about the process and removing as much stress as possible for you as we navigate through this complex process.

• When you work with us you get two hardworking agents instead of one! This means more availability at peak times for our clients.  
• We each have different skillsets. Julia has a background in education and administration while Maddie has non-profit management and a bachelor's degree in photography. 
• We both grew up in Indian Village on Detroit's east side and now live in different parts of the city so we bring varied perspectives on what Detroit's many neighborhoods and suburbs have to offer. Julia lives in Ferndale with her husband Karl and their three dogs: Lily, Hans, and Elmer. Maddie lives in the Bagley neighborhood with her partner Zak.
